Southern Quality Inc. was founded in 1987 by Robert Hunt and Steve Smith. Originally located in St. Petersburg the offices moved to Clearwater in 2000. Rob acts as the primary estimator while Steve is the on site superintendent.

Southern Quality typically employs 15 to 25 carpenters with an average contract size of $10,000 to $100,000, although we can handle contracts up to $500,000.
